When throwing a boomerang at an opponent the boomerang will return to your position if you miss, depending on the result of the throwing weapon test the exact landing point may vary by up to 15 yards. (on a poor success the boomerang won't return)
Some Weaponsmiths may insert a metal blade on the side of a boomerang which increases the damage step by one but reduces the ranges by half due to bad aerodynamics.
One tribe in the Liaj Jungle is rumored to have a special crystal Boomerang, which appears to be a threaded weapon.
