Adobe Acrobat

A lot of people wonder why I use Adobe Acrobat. The answer is rather simple: because it works. M$ Word, which I use to create them, will rewrap lines and change the spacing of things for such minor changes as printer driver. So, unless your system matches mine all the way down to my Optra, you're on your own with the Word versions of the files. (Though I did include the fonts in them to help.)

Acrobat also allows me to attach non-printing notes that explain how most of the form is meant to be used.

If anyone would be willing to convert the Acrobat files into forms then please let me know. This way I can have PDF versions that can be filled in.
